well that sucks
One of those things where the person making the kit didn't actually try the bearing out in the real world.
As some cheap ofshore bearings are not well made

hmm the one you got much different than mine. i had to drill mine bigger to fit it an it's much beefier

Hmm, that is quite different. I had to drill mine to fit the needle bearing, and I had to drill it out a little more to press my bushing in. I should have taken pics of the bushing that I put in there, but it looks exactly like this:

looking at yours it's much wider than mine. the one i have is a pita to put in because it can swivel out of place if the right washer isn't there to keep it in the middle regardless if i pressed it in or not

If I recall correctly my bearing was 8mm wide.

mines half that, i bought a couple of them for $5 from CRW last year if you like. It was intended for a person but i don't talk to him anymore

I'm good with the bushing for now. If it starts getting sloppy I'll have to find something else because now the hole is larger than the CRW bearing.

I haven't updated this thread in a while, but I did have a couple of noteable updates recently. First off:

187,500 miles = 300,000km
