so after selling the sr20 i want looking for a new motor to swap, and got a really good deal on a 1jzgte ( Russ gusst right you win)

here are some random pics i have so far

this was going to be my setup for this year

and the 1jz, its a non vvt, twin turbo, out of a 92 jdm soarer

not sure that the plan is, first thing is to get it in and wired up

went to kamloops to pick up the motor





had a few hours over the week to work on the car.

pull off the auto tranny and test fit the r154


started to test if it and make the brackets


modding the tunnel a bit to clear the tranny


5+ hours later brackets made and last test fit


as low in and as far back as i could

small update havent had a hole alot of time to do much but i got a new set of wheel off a friend for some work i did and i just spent an hour to test fit them.
dont know if i will put them on the 240 or the mr2 there 18x71/2 and 18x9


should fit nice

havent worked on the car at all but got a small update, i have been looking into a standalones for 1jz and i think i going to get a MicroTech, i have talked to some ppl and it looks good.
i got some parts in the mail
powered by max, subframe bushing
Wheel Spacer 30mm
tie rod spacers 7mm


and i got 300zx brakes front and rear with stainless steel lines from a friend

well i would like to get the 2 on the road for the summer but it needs a good tune up
