well i spent about 5 hours wiring up the gauges and still not finished. i need to wire the signal wires and mount the sensors. but all wiring is routed and power and lights connected. here are some more crappy pictures of that. i am going to finish it up tonight and take a picture of it in the location it is to sit in.

This is a rats nest of wires. I have so many splices i almost fear fire!!!! :FlameMe: but i set it up pretty well i think.

also got the vacuum hooked up and the boost gauge works great. waiting for the supercharger install to do the afr and oil pressure senders

well as far as i know the supercharger should have been shipped out today. "monday" no confirmation on that though.

well the maintenance portion of this project just took a major step forward. i thank taylor for his garage, and alex for his help alot! pretty much in the course of saturday and sunday i would say i spent 30-35 hrs working on the car to do the following.

raised the car and removed the tranny, driveshaft, guibo etc. proceeded to clean the very nasty trannsmission, with 8 cans of brake cleaner . lol there were three of us blasting it like a hose. but it turned out amazing, and looks brand new. keep in mine this thing leaks from every little spot it can, that is why this is all being done.

we did the brain surgery with picks and screw drivers to remove all the tranny seals to replace them. and it all turned out great. i warn anyone who has a E-36 BMW to not remove your tranny it sucks. me and alex spent 1-2 hours on one bolt during the installation because, bmw decided to make the starter bolts, mate with a loose nut which is inaccessible with tools or even hands. so that was frusterating and fun, thought about welding them to the starter but cant get that out lol.

in the end the installation went well, and through this i discovered why the car started to get a bad vibration at high speeds and revs, and it was the Guibo, which is the rubber six bolt dampener for the drive shaft. the old one i could flex and bend, it was horrible.

i will plaster this with pics and action pics to make it exciting. enjoy, and next on the list is supercharger installation and front of engine leaking/seals replacement. oh yeah and i welded a bung in for the new O2 for the AFR gauge it works amazing!
