Audi TT custom shifter shroud

Postby Oteck » Tue Mar 24, 2015 11:20 pm

Well im sure some of you seen me spam this in the chat but here is the link since i can't post images

http://www.mr2.com/forums/threads/10386 ... ifter-trim

I'll have to do some serious prep to it since it's very porous like any 3d printed things. This variant does indeed fit but i've modified the final bit by adding more ribs just and increase the emboss depth for the sticker i plan to put there. The final piece would be w/o the mr2 emblem as i find it very tacky and won't survive the prep and sanding

Nice work. Where are you getting things printed? Locally, or online?

I changed my method now so i no longer make these in 3d SLS printers, now i'm doing them in injection molding so it's much more superior in everyways
