Clutch pedal upgrade

Postby Oteck » Sun Jul 04, 2010 10:50 pm

Some threads ago i bought some needle bearings from CRW along with some members. I'm going to attemp this following weekend when i get the proper sized drill bit.
So far I removed my clutch pedal (hardest part) so i can lay it down on the drill press, i may go through a number of those bits as these are some hard metal. I'm still trying to
gauge how much i'd charge to do this but i'll figure out when i do it myself. BUT penalize any of you who got a nasty interior cuz i'll be working down under for 80% of the time :x

I skipped some steps but this is mostly preperation, notice the hole is no longer a circle.

If you noticed my pedal has a spring assembly, this is off a turbo to help push the clutch as n/a doesn't have this.
Those who did n/a to turbo swap will notice the pedal feels more stiffer.
