Octane what should I be putting in my MKII MR2
Posted: Mon May 08, 2006 2:33 pmWith the rising cost of gas prices a number of MR2 owners where asking what kind of gas they should be using.
As per my 91 MR2 owners manual
Gas Station information
Fuel selection : use only UNLEADED FUEL only
5S-FE- Octane 87 or higher
3S-GTE - Octane 91 or higher
gasoline's with octane number as low as 91 may be temporary used if the premium unleaded gasoline cannot be obtained
Please PM me with 93 owners manual gas station information so it can be added
