You know what the sad part is? (And I have known this all along off course) It takes only one drive! That first drive and all that cleaning and polishing is out the window!

So just bought some fluids and boy oh boy...the prices have gone up since last year! 5 liters of Redline MT90 @ 12.82 each = 64.60 plus tax 4 liters of Royal Purple 10W30 @ 10.05 each = 40.60 plus tax 8 liters (two jugs) of distilled water for $3.44 So this brings up the total amount by $121.26
Just curious, what's the distilled water for Matt?
....I can't keep saying the same words about your restoration.. AMAZING! BEAUTIFUL! FRICKEN AWSOME! Like Duncan said, you have set the bar extremely high. Fantastic work. You are truly a perfectionist and one big lover of MR2's. KEEP UP THE WORK! I'm sure I can say this for everyone, we LOVE the documentary.
You know what they say.. sharing is caring! Thanks for caring and sharing.
A couple of these , with a little mixture of this . I have always looked at your 2 as being my end goal to surpass with my build, so as soon as I actually have some money, get ready for some competition, lol. Looking nice Matt, keep it up.

Thanks Eric and Cody for the kind words. As Russ explained, distilled water has no minerals or chemicals like chlorine that can react with your coolant and cause damage. Even in BGB it is instructed to use distilled water ONLY. Or just buy the pre diluted coolant such as Toyota super long life. Many including myself have said this many times.... take your budget and time and then double it! That's what it takes to do a project of this scale.
Fired up the car yesterday, bled the coolant and timed it. She is ALIVE! Now I have to put the suspension and brakes back together and she is ready to roll
