Been awhile since the last update so here goes a big one'
Had a gauge pod custom fitted to the dash of a mock up dash, which I then later had to remove my dash to install things. Removing the dash wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Photo is of the pod on the mock up dash

Polished the throttle body and engraved my initials into it. Not bad for my first try at polishing.

Got a new radiator to handle all the new power, too bad I have to buy a fan shroud now and to be safe got to get a new hoses just to be safe. BTW aftermarket radiators seem to not have bleeder valves so had to run to home depot to make my own.

Got the turbo back after it's been poked at

I'm shooting for the end of Febuary to early March to have it done enough. I still want to convert the OEM seats to Leather and install seat heaters. The aftermarket seats didn't fit as I would like. I tried other aftermarket seats but they all felt like they sat too high for my taste.

Cool part all the chrome parts are powder coated. It's amazing what types of colors there are out there with a good powder coating company. What I found is that for cast parts you need to sand them down a bit to make things smooth. Stamped parts will give you a very nice mirror finish. Now the most important part is the quality of the clear coat that they use. Some companies don't do a powder coated clear coat and just use a rattle can/air brush clear. These clears are not very strong and don't like brake clean. Found that out the hard way with my intake manifold hence why I had it redone.

Only the gold parts were dipped in anything which was nickle plate. They had to dip these parts first in Nickle to give the gold powder coating that extra pop. You should see the insides of the upper oil pan they plated the entire thing in nickle then proceeded to powder coat the non gasket parts.

BTW Keeping those ubber seats for when I get a bigger car that can fit the seats till then they are very expensive office chairs.
