it all started when i realized i hate wiring and that 25 year old wiring is nott very pretty so it began.


so i bought a msd digital6 to see how easy i could get a spark with somekind of advance.' wasent to much of a big deal' msd+timing curve plugin / or just lockout the disst it works ive tryed


then it came to carb options, option A.some type of sidedraft like the webar ones but there like a grand for a pair so i went with B. gsxr1100 streetbike carbs. i fabricated up a manifold in 2 days in my home shopp and im no pro but cameout okay


i had it running for a couple mins today sounded nice and snappy, spat some nice flames too . tomorow imma clean it up with a costom wireharness and put airfilters and throttol linkage on it ill load somemore pictures then

i would say it runs pretty good to, about 100% more low end power and lot more throttol response been driving it everywhere the last 2 days without a problem although im planning on dirlling the jets out a tad and play with the air/fuel mixture might help her start when it nice and hot lol, wait till i start on my second project this winter i have a basically cooked tranny in my partscar and im planning on refreshing it up and weld that yolk in there solid for a nice posi rear end

cleaned my wireing harness up a bitt and been driving daily for over a month
less problems an more fun than efi anny day in my opinion

im planing to dyno it with the carb set once i have my spare 4a all fresh with lil porting/shavedhead kinda going for a highercompression ratio, anny opinions/ tips or place to dyno on vancouvver islang feedback much appreciated
