Here is my new project

At first the setup (complete car + engine) was supposed to be ready for 2010 but I never had the help I was supposed to so I'm still stuck waiting

I almost decided to put my 1991 Beams Mr2 t-top for sale last autumn but finally decided to strip everything from it and do it one more time from scratch... Stripped the entire car and sold pretty much all the modifications I already had on the car... Wanted to cut the top and switch to hardtop but during summer I got my hands on a 1994 LHD hardtop so I decided to let the 1991 in my driveway and do my project with this new 1994 shell

The entire is already stripped down and will be ligthened around 100-200 lbs before adding extra weight and reinforcement

Here is a quick (and not complete) list of the stage 1 lightweight:

Worked on the car this past weekend and did a couple things before thinking about putting everything back together

Things done:
- NA brake booster replaced by Turbo one
- Frunk wiring shorten to minimum and reunited on passenger side
- Dash harness simplified
- A/C duct switched for non A/C one (Interior condenser cancelled)
- Main fusebox (engine bay) lengthened and relocated to the trunk
- Cable to open the engine bay relocated to the trunk
- Exhaust grill cut

That's pretty much what have been done to the car up to now
