British Columbia MR2 Owners Group

I'm looking for a new engine. I have a bluetop 4A-GE from my MK1 MR2. One of the connecting rods has packed it in, and while I was investigating how much it would cost to fix myself, it's just way too much. Buying a whole new (well, not really new) engine is more cost effective.

Does anyone have any following complete engines with a wiring harness and ECU?

- 3S-GE (turbo or BEAMS would be awesome)
- JDM Blacktop or Silvertop 4A-GE
- Redtop 4A-GE (7-rib) Small port is what I've been told to get, although I can't find any evidence of there being any other option.

pmed you about a few engines I have kicking around. I'm not sure what your budget is but if it's really low, maybe a used Bluetop long lock would be the best option
