Only from Japan?

Anyone have an off-the-top-of-their-head list of major parts that they know are available only in Japan for the MKII (as in, not readily available here, Toronto or the US)? I'd like to psychologically prepare myself for a 3 or 4 month wait if I need such a part one day...

Anything (OEM) that you require can be found locally or in TO. If they MUST come from Japan it honestly will not take longer than 4 weeks. So there really is no need to worry.
