I think I have this on a 91 steering column. Is it hard to get off?

I have one off a power steering car, I believe. Does that matter?

45230-17020 is the P/N for power steering, but I don't know what the difference is.

Power steering is a different part, my car has manual.
Also exploring a urethane puck to replace the rubber coupler.
Anybody help here?

looks like you can get the older 91-92 u-joint without the rubber coupler, but the shaft also looks different, so i don't know how far back you'd need to go to go to a solid older 91-92 ujoint working.
