WTB: Right Axle, 93 Turbo need it yesterday

I need a Right rear axel/cv shaft for my 93 MR2 Turbo JDM spec or any year that would be interchangable please need this is my daily car.

Does your car have the factory LSD? The shafts are different if you do.

Jack the rear up, spin the wheels. If they spin the same way, you have LSD. If not then you've got an open diff.

How to tell if you have an LSD
Page 104 of the '93 Turbo Owner's Manual says to check the Certification label on your door and if the axle code ends in a 3 or 5 you have an LSD transmission.
Axle code will be lower left corner as you read ex. A/TM: XXXX. If last X is a 3 or 5 you have the LSD.

From what I remember, even the factory LSD will spin like an open differential. If you have an aftermarket LSD then this trick works.

Good info, but on a two decade old vehicle you never know if original parts are still on the car or if things have been altered.

the only sure way to check for an oem lsd is to pull out the axle and see if it's a bar(lsd) or a pen size hole (openDiff)
