opinions on tockico illuminas struts with TRD springs

I'm pondering this set up for my 91 N/A and I was wondering is anyone had any opinions on them?

also...a dumb question...but if I went with TRD springs and yellow Koni's and stock struts....would this limit how wide of tires/wheels I could go with as compared to the tockico illuminas struts with TRD springs?

Which of these 2 set up's is more desirable? I do want to go to larger and wider wheels with Turbo brakes in the future. Eventually this car will have a RAV4 V-6.

I've had illuminas before. They were... meh. The koni's are the way to go. Bilsteins are great if you can find them, but the don't offer the adjustability that the koni's do (which doesn't matter for 99.9% of people anyways). The brand of shock has no effect on the tire size, because it still have to fit into the strut assembly, and that (specifically the spring perch) is what limits the wheel size.
