maybe have another game in future but i do know it cant be n weekend (as explained in other thread) they dont want groups in on the buisest time of the week.

The gusy at vwdov say same thing but some are still in...although 4pm seems a we bit early but what can yea do...i jsut say "yep im in"

The date is already set, but we can make it at 4:30 if that is better for everyone. The days are getting longer, giving us a little more leeway, but we shouldnt make it too late. What does everyone think?

sure, lets make it later. I am having to negotiate with the grounds because they like to work on the field monday-wednesday, so if it is later, and there are more people, then a) it wont cut into their field developement as much, and b) it will bring in more revenue, and therefore be more worthwhile.
How about 5:30 then?

Okay, it is all set up with the field. The discount that we get will depend on the number of people that end up coming, but it will be like what I posted above.
