This sounds like a great trip. I have plans on this particular Sunday; however, I will encourage the BCMR2 guys to attend.

Unfortunately, my insurance for this years fun with the '2 expires Oct 25 ... otherwise, I would have wanted to come!

You can't get a one day extension?

I put the offer out that if people can't make it in their MR2's, then come along in the back up mobile. Is your Celica a MKVII? I'll offer a ride swap in the Spyder if you show up in that - i've always liked the MKVII Celicas but have never driven one.

No, insurance does not allow us daily extensions. If the weather is really nice, then I could consider purchasing a one day permit to drive the car.
My Celica is a '90. Though the Highlander will do a better job keeping up with the MR2's! I'll decide when the time nears!

Cool! The more the better as there are some really nice stops for photos on this drive.

Reminder: This Sunday the 26th. It'll be a rain or shine event though the forecast looks somewhat hopeful. **We'll meet at the rest area on Northbound I-5 at Mile Post 207 at 10:30am** Don't forget about daylight savings time.

For the BC cars, Lunch is at "La Conner Seafood and Prime Rib House" on 1st St. S. with reservations under the name "Thompson" 12:15pm.

Anyone can call my cell if needed 206-498-9141

For trip details check:
