Sweet, I'll have to get that day off. Can I safely assume that there will be a place for food (dinner?) planned into that route? How long does this drive take??

This run is about a 7-8 hour drive.

Please note the date & times, as because of the long route this drive will be a Saturday Run that is going to start earlier than our normal drives....This will definately be one you or your significant other don't want miss as there is something for EVERYONE!!!!!

Our regular attendees can not make it? The people that suggested this drive cannot make it? Should we even bother with this drive?

Sugesstions?

Yes we should! We can get a convoy going!

How about an earlier departure time around 7:00am?
we should then be able to arrive back before 6:00pm.

that gives us 11 hours total. lots of time for driving (7-8hours) and taking pictures and breaks.
and I would be able to go as long as I get to work around 6pm.

We normally get a bigger turnout on Saturdays. Also for such a long drive such as this one...it is easier to do a dinner etc afterwards without worrying about work, school, etc that begin on Monday.

Is 7AM okay for everyone? It is fine with me.

Saturday at 7am works for me. I only work weekends now, but dont have much trouble getting time off (ie. I already asked for sat off). If you change it to sunday on me I can't go switching days off around.
