Who's in for another drive?

10:30AM - Esso Station - Corner of Hwy 1 & Westview Exit (just after Lonsdale Exit), North Vancouver

Another blast from the past and one of the more EPIC drives we have done...'2s Invade Whistler!!! This could be one of the last drives of the year and most memorable with all the open patches of road and beautiful scenery.

If this is a go, remember to bring your FRS to keep in-touch during the drive (for those that still have them).

I have a couple of recommendations. The Esso gas station at the 2nd meet spot is pretty small ... I recommend we meet in the parking plaza's parking lot just behind Esso (there's a McD's there too for coffee and washrooms).

Also, knowing this route, there will be law enforcement along the way for sure ... so "cruising" pace is a must. Lastly, if we eat in Whistler Village and don't want to empty our wallets, there's a place called El Furniture ... $5 All Food. It's the same group as the Dime, the Warehouse, the Moose etc. here in Vancouver. Just my thoughts.

Roads are pretty wet and slick. Only 2 cars signed up, so not worth going out.
