You were leaving at 6am on an Sunday for a local run that is done in 2-3 hours! If you were leaving at 9ish, I would have been all over it.

7) Because our cars are old they're in the shop more often, another point that has a direct hit on meet attendance. What about a technical meet? This is the best idea I have heard in a long time, I think this should happen 8)

Jeez, I suggested that 6 years ago!! It hasn't happened, at least I'm not aware of a tech meeting since then. I think there's as much chance of a it happening as Elvis showing up for your next birthday party.

Just make sure everyone understands the liability factor. Avoid any finger pointing if failures occur.

bring your own parts policy, and own tools if avail. we have these all the time in the 4x4 comunity, all day event and a total blast "garage day" or "wrench day" is what we call em. I would be down for it if im in town. should be in town mid sept through to maybe nov. my car needs alot of little things that would be an awesome opertunity to do it.

Ummmm My schedule is booked from now until September 22 or 23rd. I am down to put it together but it would have to be one of those 2 dates. That is the weekend right after 2 The Beach so I wonder what the participation would be like.

Who is interested? I can put up a feeler

If you are that excited for it Ali, why don't you set it up? I'm sure that you will get quite a few people coming out.
