I had someone approach me with these rims for sale. I have not seen them but have been advised that they are mint. He has no idea what to ask and I offered to broker the deal for him. I will post pics as soon as I get them. He thinks there are Pirelli's of some sort on them; however they will be down to the last 20% tread.

Please post your offers here. Serious offers only. All questions to be EMAILED to me here: aly@bcmr2.com. No PM's please!!

I am assuming they are worth a lot more than that....

If '89 "tear drop" rims from an SC go for $350USD on ebay shipping...you guys are not even in the ball park....

Also I would not have spent $400 to fix/ refinish mine if they were only worth $150-$200.

well i do agree that they are probably worth more than 100 bucks, just let me state for the record that most things purchased on ebay are over priced.

$250

93 rims

Postby kungfucop » Wed Dec 18, 2002 3:54 pm

Those rims on ebay are way overpriced. I got my set of 93 rims with rubber for much less than his buy-out-price of $750 (US). That is probably why there are zero bids on this auction.

Check the auction now! The americans obviously think these are worth a lot more than us canadians...even without the rubber.

These wheels are in a Toyota Class all on their own. Very hard to find especially mint condition.

Narfy when you find out about your uncle's MKI wheels...please post the info in MKI Specific Shop. Thanks dude.

As far as I know....I will check with the owner during the day....last offer is $300. I know he was looking for $500-$750 as the tires were in good shape as well.
