There's 4 plastic tubes that channel water from the "trench" in the roof around the outer edge of the sunroof. The tubes run through the underside of the roof to the A and B pillars of the car and then down. Are any of the tubes plugged? Any of the weatherstripping cracked anywhere?

You should put your car inside where there's good light, take a bucket of water and slowly pour it over the sunroof, and take a good look to determine where the water's coming in.

If the water's coming in where the windshield and the roof meet, then you have a leaky windshield. Get some windshield sealant, take off the windshield metal trim, and seal it up. Or take it to a windshield shop and they'll do it fairly cheap for you.

You can also use a GM product called Silicon Emulsion (small white bottle) $5-10 available at all GM dealers.

This works great on T-top seals so why not use on the sunroof as well?

Does this stuff make like a solid glue to seal cracks, or does it make like a soft pliable putty type seal that compresses under the T-Top?

silicone emulsion won't work on sunroof. Most likely your drain tubes are plugged. The silicone emulsion is a seal lubricant. Used on T-tops mostly where the pieces meet. The seal is a rubber to rubber contact. Sunroof should all land in the metal lip and drain out as designed if drain tubes are clear.

and how do u flush that drain tube?
just get a bucket of water?

seems the leak is from the front 2 drain hole.

can i just plug the front drain holes so the one in the rear drain the water?

take an air line and nozzle and blow the tubes free... however, doing this, if the plug is near the bottom, you will blow the tube off the flange... so u can try finding the other end of the tube and blowing air up thru that to clean it out...

i had a leaky windshield for about 2 months after replacing my windshield last year... i gave the glass shop shit and they fixed it, but broke my windshield in the process, so i got another one...
i eat waaaaay too much sushi...
