New problem

'k, after installing the alternator and redoing the valve cover gasket, a new problem popped up. I'm not boosting. There's no ECU codes or anything. It threw a 34 at me which is overboost which it did do a while back. I reset the codes, went for a drive, came back and checked again... just flashed normally... All the hoses look correct, there aren't any missing or not plugged in so the only thing I can think of is if my wastegate is stuck open cuz it only boosts up to about 6psi and it takes a while to get there. If it's stuck, how do I check and more importantly, how do I unstick it?
