Has anyone mounted an aftermarket oil cooler in an AW11? I was thinking of deleting the old factory oil cooler system and installing a thermostatic sandwich plate that is plumped to an oil cooler mounted in front of the engine bay vent fan. Then wire the fan to a switch in the cabin that I can trigger whenever I want. Has anyone attempted something like this or has anyone done another kind of set up?
