Can someone explain to me step by step of what to take apart to get to the tensioner for the handbrake. Oteck gave me a download of the big green book during last year's meet. I'm having trouble understanding it. Pictures would be helpful.

Hi,
Can someone explain to me step by step of what to take apart to get to the tensioner for the handbrake. Oteck gave me a download of the big green book during last year's meet. I'm having trouble understanding it. Pictures would be helpful.
