Moved to Engine\Mechanical Talk, because I didn't get the impression that you were trying to sell this car. Let me know if I'm wrong.

Step 1. Replace this cable (I checked the starter wire and looks burnt at the harness that attaches to the female starter connection)

Step 2. Ask your question again.

I only get dianostic code 43.
" no STA signal to ECU until engine speed reaches 800 rpm with vehicle not moving". I checked the starter wire and looks burnt at the harness that attaches to the female starter connection. I cleaned it but she still starts. I need to do a lot! Still. I hate apartments! But good investments.

All this and I get one code. I have to find this short! Has a short in the door panel fuse box. Might be the cluster. Some guy ( dont want to say from what company ) put the wrong door for my driver side. I have a ball of wires attached to live wires. Its spliced. Speedometer doesnt work now but did a while ago when Ive got towed. Use to rev over 4,500. use to reach 5-6,000. She would almost redline. Now doesnt rev over 4,500 RPM. Back fires after 4,500 RPM, then engine light comes on after 4,500 RPM. Ides at 1,100 RPM. Runs rich.Fan is always on.

I got to get rid of the ball of wires.
Check that splice out.
check the fan out
n i think the vaccum line are messed up also.

That comes off as a real smart ass comment to me. I sure hope that wasn't your intention.

Since I assume that you know which one is the starter cable because you said that you checked it, just follow it to the other end until you see how to remove it. It probably runs into a bundle of wires, and I'm guessing to the fuse panel. You will have to remove the covering on the wires as you go, and if I'm right and it runs into the fuse box, it's probably one of the wire that is attached with a 10mm nut.

Suggestion 1) Don't piss off the guy who has the ability to BAN people from the board or who are trying to help you.

Good luck with the fix
