I've seen my fair share of Civics dominate at our local AutoXs. Very few Corollas even show up

And hey, PDM Racing's Civic has consistently taken FTD all year as far as I know, running even faster than the MOD class cars :)

Everything has its merits

haha, thanks dukes. To further my opinion, if I had one car as a daily driver the s2000 has too little torque and the exterior of the A4 is a little on the bland side. G35 in Black Obsidian w/graphite interior.

I would also consider a slightly used 5 series, or for the baller in you an 850Ci with chrome 20's

don at PDM is a suspension tuning specialist... he can make a S13 handle!! he's built the PDM battlecoupe that's so retardedly fast in an autoX compared to many other similar platformed cars (including mine), it makes me sick to my stomach... and that thing will WHIP MR2's in an autoX...

i'd go IS300 or S2000... tho with the S2000, i'd have to be super duper careful not to mechanically over-rev... kuz those F20C motors will float valves, then blow up...
i eat waaaaay too much sushi...
2nd place best stock MKI at BC2004...

Every manufacture has it positives and negatives..

Honda is just well know for putting race technology into street cars well before anyone else. That was in the past...
Haven't seen too many race cars with McPherson struts before :( bye bye double wish bone..

I'm suffering from the MR/RR engine layout. I need to give myself a few weeks before I make a decision.
