Are you lowered at all? I think 8" is starting to push it, especially in the front. I'm certainly no expert, so you might be best to do some research on SpyderChat. They have a wheel & tire thread here: http://www.spyderchat.com/forums/showth ... -quot-list

Enkei Bortex RPM2
17x8, +35 (I think, could be +40)
Kumho Ecsta 205/40/17 all around
Lowered on Eibach Pro-Kit with Koni Yellow inserts
No rubbing unless going over a pothole on the freeway

Theyre for the rear. Currently i have 17x8 +30 without issues, Im running 17x8 +30 w 235/40/17 on tein springs if that helps

Front:
17x7.5 +32
Bridgestone Adrenalins 205/45-17
Rear:
17x8.5 +32
Bridgestone Adrenalins 215/40-17 (stretched)
BC Coilovers - set very low
Only rubs on the rear on very hard turns with bumpy roads...
other than that, its fine!

Those JNC wheels on ebay are going to be heavy cast steel wheels and will slow your car down. You're probably best to get a set of Enkei RPF1, or similar from TireRack.
