Car on side of road bumper behind car most likely impact with barricade

If it's a single car accident then it's just another drop-throttle oversteer incident. Pity.

it was most likely hydroplane situation as the new upgrades to the hwy are causing major water puddling situations. No matter what a shame to see any driver hit the wall from poorly constructed roads.
