Looks like an NA to me, with the voltage gauge in the middle of the dash. But it also looks like there's a boost gauge on the a-pillar... Maybe a swap?

I saw that when it popped up, I think that used to be Henry's car in which case it is an NA. I think he sold it for $5k, or maybe a little less several years ago.

That car use to come to our meets too. The gauge on the pillar is a wideband, pretty sure still NA. Only thing different is that it has a border front, used to have a TOM's front end.

He redid his leather seats right before he sold it too and from what I remember they were nicely done too.
