hey does anyone know if the led portion of the rear wing can still be purchased from Toyota? the owner before the owner I bought this from took it out and filled the hole with bondo I'd like to have the l.e.d. there for obvious reasons, it looks cool.

Nice car, love the brides! I think the PO is a member on here,, and the owner previous to that owned a body shop (very friendly guy).

As for the wing, '89 led wings are quite rare,, scavenge ebay for them. I've seen KiethTau(big time seller of mr2 parts - specifically jdm and rare goodies) *RPM Garage* selling a few on ebay..

the PO is a member not sure of his username though his name is Tony ,it is the l.e.d. wing that I have, it's just that the body shop guy removed the l.e.d. and filled in the hole with bondo that's why I was wondering if I can buy just the l.e.d. part from Toyota?

dont think you can. it is very strange why so many people fill it in? especially since it is a rare wing and there are thousands of red ones without a light
